7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The SuperDapper. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer both exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order for:

  • Different size
  • Different color
  • Different design

Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at thesuperdapper@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We'll provide return instructions and shipping address
  4. For exchanges, we'll send you a prepaid return label

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at thesuperdapper@gmail.com with photos/video of the damage
  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof of condition upon delivery
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping cost for genuinely damaged/defective items

Important: To process damage claims, we may require:

  • Unboxing video showing the package and product condition
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping package/label

Claims without adequate proof may be subject to inspection and standard return policy terms.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without original tags
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days
